Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy
  • Identify new market opportunities alongside the Director of Sales
  • Generate new business relationships and negotiate new revenue streams
  • Work with the Communications, Brand, and Marketing team to define prospecting and nurturing strategies
  • Create and maintain business development partnerships and alliances
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements to develop innovative, profitable, and sustainable solutions
  • Accurately forecast and manage the sales pipeline
  • Stay updated on technical knowledge regarding all areas of the company's offerings

This is a demanding and challenging position and therefore requires an individual to clearly demonstrate the following experience:

  • Proven track record of successful solution-selling and achieving sales targets
  • Expertise in influencing and managing senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering large value sales contracts
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience in Channel partnership and senior boardroom BD is essential
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK to attend networking events and as and when clients request; therefore, a driving license is required
