Wrightbus is the fastest growing production company in Europe. We are looking for individuals with manufacturing experience to play a key role in the bus building process.
Hours of Work: 4 day week, 6.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday
The Role:
- Responsible for the manufacture of parts within the glass fibre area.
- Work as part of a team and be able to follow WMP's and directions from the team leader.
- Responsible for the safe operation of plant equipment and or hand tools associated with the manufacturing process.
- Responsible for compliance with the company's health & safety policy and procedures.
- Undertake training or retraining associated with the post, or the introduction of new working practices.
- Willing to train others as required.
The Requirements:
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- 3 months' experience using various hand tools e.g. DIY/painting, i.e. brushes and rollers.
- Ability to understand Work Manual Procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to undertake or provide training as required.
- An awareness of general Health and Safety rules.
- Proven ability to be flexible, working overtime and changing shift patterns as required.
