A market leading financial firm based in the City of London is currently looking to hire a Head of Service Design and Transformation to manage and lead an existing team. In this role, you will be accountable for all my client’s IT Service Strategy functions.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the most senior technology interface for all IT Service Engineering stakeholders
- Service Strategy and Design
- Service Transition
- Asset Management and Compliance
