As the Supply Chain Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of a small family-run organisation. You’ll be responsible for optimising processes, driving efficiency, and maintaining compliance across various departments. Your leadership will directly impact the company’s success and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: Control and direct the supply chain to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Operational Data Analysis: Gather, analyse, and disseminate operational data to support decision-making processes.

- Policy and Procedure Development: Devise and embed policies and procedures that enable core operations functions to meet business objectives and targets.
