Senior Street Lighting Engineer

Location: South East

Contract Duration: 12 Month Contract

Work Schedule: 2-3 days per week on site, remainder from home

Job Overview:

Accountable for the design, oversight, and execution of engineering services and projects, including traffic management, highways, highway asset management, street lighting, drainage and flood prevention, and cycling.

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting directly into the Head of Street Lighting
2. Run a number of projects in relation to street lighting, new street lighting columns and lanterns
3. Conduct site visits and report writing of street lighting conditions
4. Asset Maintenance

Requirements:

1. Degree or HND and at least 2 years\’ post qualification experience
2. Minimum of 5 years\’ relevant highways and traffic management experience
