Key Responsibilities
- Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, identifying risks, and implementing relevant training.
- Oversee engineering operations across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality service delivery in installations, servicing, call-outs, and additional works.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures covering both technical and administrative functions to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor quality control standards and performance metrics to ensure excellence across all geographical locations.
- Lead technical problem-solving initiatives, maintaining high engineering standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and develop the Field Engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and drive necessary changes to align with business objectives, ensuring continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong engineering background with experience in managing field-based teams.
- Ability to set strategic direction and structure within the department.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
