Location: West Midlands

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30AM to 5.00PM (1 in 2 call out weekends)

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE

Your Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic Expertise: swiftly diagnose and address malfunctions, minimising downtime and ensuring optimal machine performance.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks and implement preventive measures to uphold peak machine performance.
  • Technical Repairs: Expertly replace or repair faulty components, including dispensing mechanisms and electrical elements, to restore machines to working order.
  • Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory for timely repairs, respond professionally to service calls, and deliver effective customer support.
  • Technical Expertise: Program and calibrate machines for consistent high-quality beverage dispensing, stay abreast of software enhancements and maintain meticulous records for performance analysis.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Previous experience within coffee or vending machines is highly desirable.
  • Technical skills: showcase strong electromechanical skills, demonstrating a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Organisational Excellence: Possess strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Driver's License: A Full Driving Licence is a prerequisite for this role.
  • Punctuality: Exhibit excellent timekeeping skills, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
  • IT Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in IT, including Excel and Microsoft Word.
