We're recruiting for a values-led, delivery-focused business looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts & Projects Manager to oversee a national portfolio of sites, each supported by a dedicated engineer or team.

You'll be the key point of contact for both the client and your engineers, with a real opportunity to drive standards, performance, and commercial results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a team of site-based engineers across multiple UK locations
  • Managing testing programmes, compliance works, and remedial projects
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and spotting commercial opportunities
  • Quoting and tendering for electrical works across your portfolio
  • Ensuring safe working practices and conducting regular site audits/toolbox talks
  • Taking full commercial ownership of each contract, including forecasting, budgets, and invoicing

What you'll need:

  • A relevant electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)
  • Proven experience managing electrical contracts and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, RAMS, and H&S procedures
  • Confidence in quoting and managing the commercial side of contracts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — both client-facing and internal
  • The flexibility to travel across the UK and spend time in Birmingham weekly
