Currently seeking a BIM Co-ordinator / Senior BIM Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team at the cutting edge of digital construction.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Do:\\n🔹 Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks\\n🔹 Develop drawings and sketches to support resolution of design challenges\\n🔹 Create M&E and Public Health drawings in line with company standards and protocols\\n🔹 Liaise with project teams to transform consultant design drawings through to construction issue and As-Built stages\\n🔹 Incorporate Technical Submittal information into the Revit model\\n🔹 Provide practical, timely, and cost-effective solutions to site coordination issues\\n🔹 Attend coordination meetings with architects, consultants, and trades to resolve clashes within the federated model\\n🔹 Support the project delivery through RIBA Stages 5 & 6\\n\\nAbout You:\\n✔ Experienced in BIM coordination, ideally within the MEP sector\\n✔ Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks\\n✔ Familiar with site-based work and resolving real-time design issues\\n✔ Strong understanding of BIM workflows and technical standards\\n✔ Collaborative and solutions-focused approach
