About the Role:
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you’ll support children with complex medical needs in their homes, working closely with families and a team of carers. You'll design and oversee personalised care plans, ensure clinical excellence, and act as a key point of contact for professionals across the care network.
What You’ll Need:
- RSCN (Registered Children’s Nurse) with an active NMC PIN
- Minimum 18 months’ UK paediatric nursing experience
- Up-to-date skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care (within last 2 years)
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
What You’ll Get:
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum
- £3,000 annual car allowance + 45p/mile travel reimbursement
- Hybrid working (2 days from home/3 in community)
