As an Occupational Health Account Co-ordinator, you will…

Be the go-to person for managing occupational health referrals, liaising with clients and clinicians, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same, and your ability to keep things moving will make a real difference to people’s health, wellbeing and workplace experience.

As an Occupational Health Account Co-ordinator, you will:

  • Act as the key liaison between OH practitioners and clients, ensuring robust customer service and strong client relationships.
  • Proactively monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring timely updates and responses to client needs.
  • Oversee diary bookings for practitioners and manage day-to-day client workloads.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards in formatting and sending reports.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to long-term planning for operational excellence.
