Role Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Leadership
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services
- Act as a trusted adviser, offering strategic tax planning solutions
- Provide guidance on transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, and patent box claims
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
- Support the growth and progression of junior and senior team members
- Play an active role in recruiting and training within the tax department
- Work closely with other departments to identify tax-saving opportunities and manage client risks
- Assist with business development efforts, including client pitches and expansion opportunities
