We are working on a new instruction at an elite US firm in London, for a mid-senior level Energy / Projects Associate. The firm is one of the most prestigious US law practices in London, and has an established international network that feeds into the work that this department undertakes, advising on project developments in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
The Partners are looking to recruit an experienced Associate with the following profile:
- 5-10 PQE in a leading international law firm in London, or an in-house environment in the energy/resources sector
- Experience in energy and projects transactions, including construction agreements (e.g. EPC), joint ventures and specific projects documentation such as offtake agreements
The firm pays at the very top of the London market, matching the Cravath scale for its UK Associates.
