Our client is searching for a matrimonial legal secretary, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with a reputable and established team. Our client is seeking a dedicated individual who is knowledgeable in family and matrimonial law, possesses excellent organisational skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Legal Support: Assist fee earners in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to family and matrimonial cases such as divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence. Case Management: Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met. Conduct legal research, gather relevant information, and assist in case preparation. Client Interaction: Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, providing updates, answering inquiries, and guiding them through legal processes. Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with courts, agencies, and other relevant entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedural requirements. Requirements: Paralegal / Legal Secretary experience essential Proven experience specialising in family and matrimonial law.
