Job Title: Corporate Tax Associate – Boutique Law Firm – 1250 Target – Lots of Advisory Work

Salary: £100,000 – £115,000

PQE Level: 4 – 6 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-profile boutique law firm that is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Associate to work closely with the head of the department.

Their client base is distinct from the typical City firms, focusing on privately owned companies, entrepreneurs, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and the business interests of UHNWIs.

The role is well balanced between transactional support (primarily M&A) and advisory work, making it suitable for someone who prefers not to be on deal after deal and wants to be a \’trusted adviser\’ to clients while significantly improving their work/life balance (target is only 1250 hours).
