The Opportunity
The Business Manager for Christian Louboutin will oversee our locations in Selfridges and Harrods. They will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales volumes, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves managing multiple locations and teams, planning effective rotas, prioritizing daily tasks, and ensuring accurate inventory checks. The Business Manager will communicate corporate strategy, set objectives, coach team members, appraise performance, recruit high-caliber staff, and handle employee issues. They will ensure luxury service standards, lead by example in product knowledge and selling techniques, handle customer complaints, implement event calendars, and maintain merchandising and POS standards. The role aims to achieve sales targets, analyze sales data, monitor competitor activity, promote in-store events, build relationships with store management, and manage counter administration and reporting.
We\โd love to meet you if you have
- Previous experience in an Account Manager, Business Manager, Key Holder, or Assistant Store Manager role
- Experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury industry
- A positive mindset to adapt to short-notice schedule changes and flexibility to quickly adjust to new working schedules
- The ability to adapt to working with different promotions, product launches, or store activities
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, being self-sufficient and motivated to prioritize your workload
