We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our talented team and help shape the future of our product range. WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
- As a Junior Designer, you will assist the Senior Designer in conceptualising, developing, and executing innovative and high-quality products.
- You'll be a key part of bringing our seasonal creative direction to life while ensuring our brand DNA remains strong.
- Assist in the design process, from concept to execution, contributing to the development of new products.
- Support the creation of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and presentations for seasonal collections.
- Research trends, materials, and innovations in outdoor apparel to inspire new designs.
- Collaborate closely with the design team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure consistency with brand DNA and high standards of quality.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
- Passion for design, particularly in performance/outdoor apparel.
- A learning mindset and ability to flex in order to support the wider design team.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fit, and materials.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and 3D design tools is a plus.
- A keen interest in sustainability and emerging trends in outdoor apparel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
