Responsibilities

  • Handling HR admin— this will include, but not be limited to, new hire requests, pay reviews, promotions, and performance processes.
  • Supporting ER cases like performance management, conduct issues, and disciplinaries.
  • Taking clear, concise notes for TUPE cases, grievances, and other key HR processes (training provided).
  • Working closely with the wider Talent team and People Managers to challenge and improve processes, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Keeping everything organised and compliant, using your HR knowledge and people skills to get things done.

Qualifications

  • HR Experience – Experience in HR admin, coordination, or generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • ER Understanding – Knowledge of HR policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and a willingness to learn.
  • Great Communicator – Able to support managers, explain HR processes clearly, and handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented – Comfortable managing multiple HR tasks, keeping records up to date, and ensuring processes are followed.
  • Proactive & Adaptable – A problem-solver who can think on their feet and thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
