Key Qualifications and Skills:- Experience in UK Design Consultancy: A strong background in the residential sector, with a track record of delivering high-quality, innovative projects.
- Proficiency in Section Agreements: In-depth knowledge of managing Section 278, 38, 185, and 104 agreements, ensuring compliance and effective project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes, and other relevant tools.
