Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / Site Fitter with a passion for precision and quality workmanship? Join our client, a leading manufacturer specialising in high-end stainless steel fabrications and bespoke joinery for the commercial catering sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Travelling to customer sites (Mon-Fri) to install our manufactured goods.
- Interpreting engineering drawings to assist in the production and installation of sheet metal components.
- Working with stainless steel using TIG and MIG welding techniques.
- Taking sheet metal projects from pattern development through to final assembly.
- Working both independently and within a team to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
- Maintaining high health & safety standards on-site and in the workshop.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and site fitting.
- Skilled in MIG and TIG welding, particularly with stainless and mild steel.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Full, clean UK driving licence - essential for this role.
- A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude.
Hours & Pay
- Core hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am-12:30pm
- Overtime available as needed.
