The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Your new company: You will be joining a renowned public body which focuses on improving the natural environment in Scotland. Their mission is to inspire everyone to care about it. They strive to care for and maintain the natural elements of the land and seascapes across Scotland.

Your new role: Roles at this grade will typically work autonomously or as part of a team to provide specialist advice and technical expertise with some autonomous decision-making. The range of tasks can be varied and will therefore require a well-developed understanding of a complex body of knowledge in their chosen field or specialist area. As a consequence, planning and organising your own workload is required to deliver the corporate priorities. There are line management responsibilities in this role (4 people). The role is required to evaluate different approaches, solve problems and provide a range of solutions.

  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Effective communication with internal teams to ensure HR practices are being followed
  • Problem-solving
  • Manage junior team members and assist with queries
  • Managing the Skills Development Programme, providing direction and guidance to the senior OD adviser aligned to this project
  • Supporting management with relevant tasks
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with project delivery

What you’ll need to succeed: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar industry
  • The ability to demonstrate knowledge of Project and Change Management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Evidence of CPD
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Line management experience
  • Track record of delivering projects that support organisational change
