Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out PPM and Reactive activities to a large static site in London.
- Have a good all-round knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant and mechanical related maintenance.
- Perform pressure testing, heating hot and cold water, HIU systems, pipework, pumps, flow control, and general building services duties.
- Manage large plant rooms and HVAC systems.
- Conduct emergency repairs, fault finding, and maintenance.
Requirements for the Role:
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (required)
- Mechanical HVAC: 2 years (required)
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Clear DBS check.
- Must be within a commutable distance to Central London.
