Position: Personal Assistant / Office Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 (based on experience)
Hybrid set-up: 4 or 5 days a week in office weekly

Key responsibilities for this PA/Office Manager position:
- Acting as the CEO’s right-hand person, serving as the primary point of contact for external clients and investors
- Diary & calendar management – overseeing complex scheduling, coordinating domestic and international travel logistics
- Providing meeting support, including taking minutes and tracking action items
- Office management and other ad hoc duties
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience as a PA/Office Manager ideally within the property sector or similar industry
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, confident in liaising with senior stakeholders and ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage deadlines
- Must be tech savvy
