With over 50 years of expertise, they are known for delivering customised, premium stone solutions through in-house architects, designers, and skilled stone fixers. Recently, the company has expanded its focus on luxury property developments in the London area, managing contract values typically ranging from £1M to over £5M. To meet growing demand in the market, they have introduced comprehensive bathroom fit-out and modular solutions, enhancing their service offerings and catering to modern construction needs with streamlined, high-quality finishes tailored to luxury standards.
The Role: As the Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for the commercial management of high-end stonework installations on luxury residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure budgets are met, costs are controlled, and financial reports are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project finances from initiation through to final account.
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets, as well as procurement schedules.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and oversee financial aspects.
