We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital and eCommerce Sales Manager to lead Digital Sales in EMEA. This role involves exceeding digital and ecommerce objectives such as billings, subscribers, traffic, conversion rates, and customer experience metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to surpass digital and eCommerce sales goals in EMEA.
- Drive localized digital experiences to boost engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term eCommerce and digital strategies for the EMEA region.
- Plan and optimize promotions, site merchandising, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Partner with marketing teams to execute full-funnel customer experiences, including paid and owned media.
- Work with internal teams to create innovative solutions for a superior customer experience.
- Use usability studies, customer feedback, and market research to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Report progress against targets and provide insights.
- Make data-driven decisions by working with analytics and testing teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B eCommerce and direct business in EMEA.
- Proven experience in promotions, merchandising, and creating effective web experiences.
- Sales experience or familiarity with sales team operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with paid media ecosystems.
- Analytics skills, especially with Adobe Analytics, and experience with A/B testing.
- Understanding of key metrics like traffic and conversion rates.
- Customer experience perspective covering Visual Design, UX, Content, SEO, Social, etc.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Experience working with geographically diverse teams.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
