The Role
- Audit & Accounts Leadership: Acting as a Responsible Individual (RI), ensuring regulatory compliance and top-tier audit quality. Leading and managing audits from planning to completion, keeping them on time and within budget. Overseeing financial accounts preparation and delivering valuable insights to clients.
- Client Management & Growth: Being the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships. Identifying opportunities to expand services and grow the client base. Representing the firm at industry events and networking functions.
- Team Leadership & Development: Managing, mentoring, and training colleagues, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining quality assurance.
What We’re Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
- Audit Responsible Individual (RI) status (or ability to obtain it soon).
- Strong experience in audit and accounts within a professional services firm.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and business development skills.
- A strategic mindset with the drive to contribute to business growth.
