You’ll be the bridge between customers, internal teams, and developers—translating real-world feedback into digital improvements that make everyday user interactions smoother and more enjoyable.
What you’ll be doing:
- Talking to users and teams to understand how digital tools are working (or not)
- Shaping clear, actionable product ideas from customer insight and data
- Working with developers, UX and QA to deliver digital features and improvements
- Contributing ideas for digital growth and innovation across the platform
What I’m looking for:
- Experience working alongside development and UX teams
- Ability to turn feedback and insight into practical product decisions
- Data-aware, user-first mindset
- Based within commuting distance of Leeds (3 days per week in office)
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £40,000
- Annual bonus scheme (post-probation)
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Small, friendly business with a collaborative culture
- Company pension, perks, and social events
- A chance to shape digital experience in a values-led, growing organisation
This is a solid opportunity for someone early in their product journey who’s ready to take ownership, grow their skills, and help shape how customers engage with a meaningful brand.
