As a Commercial Property Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including opening and maintaining files, assisting Fee Earners with file creation, drafting statements, and liaising with clients. Your duties will also involve generating client care correspondence, carrying out searches, and using the H M Land Registry portal. You will be preparing invoices, completion statements, and other accounts documentation under supervision. Additionally, you will be required to perform copy typing of documents, prepare correspondence through audio typing, and interact with clients via email or telephone.
