We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partner Manager – Consumer Acquisition to join us on an exciting growth journey. This is a high-impact role, where you’ll be responsible for developing and scaling our consumer (homeowner) acquisition partner channel.   • Build a Strong Partner Pipeline: Research, network, and conduct direct outreach to generate and grow a quality pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • Innovative Consumer Acquisition: Work with partners to design integrated consumer acquisition strategies that feel seamless and connected, driving high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Lead Partnership Negotiations: Own strategic discussions with potential partners, demonstrating clear value propositions and mutual returns on investment.
  • Create & Negotiate Deals: Develop commercial agreements and ensure terms align with both business objectives and partner goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver integrated partner solutions, while providing insights to help shape our long-term strategy.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Proven Experience: Extensive background as a Partner Manager in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment, with a track record of building and scaling digital partnerships that drive consumer acquisition at scale.
  • Expert in Integrated Partnerships: Skilled in creating and managing integrated partnerships that align with consumer intent and deliver measurable results. Experience with API driven mechanics.
  • Digital Business Expertise: Deep experience within pure-play digital businesses where the partnership channel has been a key driver of consumer acquisition growth.
  • Strategic & Tactical: Ability to think big and win long-term, high-value partnerships with large, complex businesses, while also identifying quick wins to generate immediate impact.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with experience in setting CPA targets, tracking partner performance, and optimizing ROI.
  • Agile & Adaptable: Highly organized with the ability to quickly adapt to change in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
