Are you ready to blend your creativity and sales skills to inspire customers and bring their dream kitchens to life? What’s on offer?
A basic salary of £27,000, plus a monthly top up bonus of £200 for your first year to help support the transition into the role. You will then be able to earn individual uncapped commission, that truly recognises and rewards your hard work, as well as a quarterly team bonus.

What’s involved?
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll take centre stage in our stunning showroom, working with customers to create beautiful, functional kitchen spaces. From the first conversation to the final installation, you’ll be by their side, providing expert guidance and an exceptional experience that leaves a lasting impression.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the customer journey: From showroom consultations to home visits, you’ll guide customers every step of the way, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the entire process.
• Be part of a dynamic team: You’ll collaborate with a passionate, sales-driven team in a fast-paced environment, helping to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Spot opportunities: Staying ahead of market trends, you’ll look for new ways to inspire customers and boost your sales performance.

What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focussed individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment and embodies our values: Care, Inspire, Deliver . Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Sales experience and a target-driven mindset.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ideally a design background or a creative flair and eye for detail
• Flexibility with working hours to meet customer needs.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
