The Lead Analyst – Digital Trading & Marketing will sit within a high-impact Digital team and play a central role in driving smarter, insight-led decisions across e-commerce, product, and performance. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce and working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Marketing, you’ll help sharpen conversion, shape promotions, and support international growth. You’ll bring commercial thinking, strong data fluency, and the ability to turn insights into action. Hands-on experience in e-commerce or retail analytics Deep understanding of key digital trading KPIs – CVR, AOV, ROAS, margin, etc. Commercial thinking – can link data to pricing strategy, performance, and growth Ideally you are also strong using SQL and BigQuery.
