HK Law is one of the largest law firms in the Dorset and Somerset region. We have a reputation for supporting our teams and individuals with their professional development and providing a nurturing environment in which to work and study. We are currently seeking an additional full time Commercial Property Lawyer to join the Land team at our Crewkerne office. This is an office-based role with the potential of working from home 1 day per week following the probation/training period.
The position will involve working as one of the key lawyers within the Land and Property team. You must have the ability to manage a full caseload from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision and will ideally have experience of guiding more junior lawyers and support staff.
Candidate Profile:You will be a 2+ years’ PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with good overall working knowledge of Commercial Property and Land Law. You should have previous experience of managing a full caseload from instruction to post-completion and will therefore be familiar with time recording and working to targets. You will also have the ability to network in order to promote the practice. There are excellent opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.
