Established/Experienced Architect Needed for High-End Residential Practice

We are seeking an established and experienced Architect with a strong background in high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-6 years of post-Part III experience in architectural practice, with a proven background in high-end residential architecture. Strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Excellent communication skills are key, as is proficiency in AutoCAD. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential projects would be highly beneficial. Experience in project management and team coordination is a plus.

Key Responsibilities could include:

• Lead the design and development of high-end residential projects.
• Collaborate with contractors and consultants throughout the design and construction phases.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings and presentations.
