Legal Document Production Specialist - US Law firm. Hours 10 - 6 / Salary £55,000! Are you someone who thrives in an office environment, separating work from home life? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you!
Duties:
- Create and edit Word documents from draft, handwritten material, digital dictation and PDF.
- Create and edit graphic presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform document conversions to relevant house style.
- Create and manipulate PDFs.
- Undertake analysis of "broken/problem" documents including the ability to troubleshoot numbering and layout issues.
- Provide both telephone and screen sharing support for end users on software such as Word and Excel.
- Download and upload documents to and from electronic media.
- Proofread completed work for accuracy of copy, format, grammar, punctuation and syntax.
A minimum of two years' experience performing document processing in a legal environment is required. This role is 5 days in the office; however, the firm will try to offer one day a week working from home, but due to the workload and requirements, this may not always be possible.
