Join us as a Finance Systems Manager for Oracle R12 and become a key member within the Finance Systems Teams, responsible for delivering an ERP Service to the Business. This includes business support, systems analysis, training and implementation of new developments across P2P, O2C, R2R, Payroll, Procurement, Employee Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Projects.
Your role is to standardise and transform the systems to deliver key services and lead/assist delivery of enhancements and Projects in a timely and right first time manner in line with Virgin Media O2's wider goals, and input into the OneERP Programme - developing a single ERP for Virgin Media O2.
Further duties include managing services from outsourced partners to achieve business requirements, Contracts SLA and KPI management, capacity management, disaster recovery planning, delivering day-to-day support of Oracle ERP services across the various instances and modules, and ensuring integrity and accuracy of information within the system.

- Strong communications skills and credibility operating at all levels of the organisation (Analyst through to Director)
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle R12 Projects and Assets modules
- Experience of working with third party teams from a support and process perspective
- User experience and process understanding to deliver to internal customer expectations
- Tenacious and focused on outcomes with quality and compliance high on the agenda
