c£50,000 + excellent bonus & benefits
West London / WFH (hybrid)

Great opportunity for an experienced recruitment agency manager, to take over the running of a successful, independent recruitment business, based in West London. Our client is a really well respected, local recruitment agency with a loyal base of repeat customers.

We\’re seeking a credible recruiter – ideally with experience of recruiting for mainly white collar/office based positions. You\’ll be comfortable in leading a team, providing support and coaching as required. Whilst you won\’t need to be the highest biller, you will need to be comfortable to maintain your own portfolio of clients and to contribute with some placements personally.

You\’ll be joining a friendly firm, that\’s in a strong financial position and has a bright future. This is a varied role and you\’ll have plenty of autonomy on a day to day basis. A strong financial package is on offer. You\’ll be able to work from home 2 days per week / in the office for 3 days per week.
