Great opportunity for an experienced recruitment agency manager to take over the running of a successful, independent recruitment business, based in West London.
Our client is a well-respected, local recruitment agency with a loyal base of repeat customers. We are seeking a credible recruiter, ideally with experience of recruiting for mainly white collar/office based positions.
You will be comfortable in leading a team, providing support and coaching as required. While you won’t need to be the highest biller, you will need to maintain your own portfolio of clients and contribute with some placements personally.
You will be joining a friendly firm that is in a strong financial position and has a bright future. This is a varied role and you will have plenty of autonomy on a day-to-day basis. A strong financial package is on offer.
You will be able to work from home 2 days per week and in the office for 3 days per week.
Please kindly note that agency-side recruitment experience is essential for this position; it is not an internal recruitment/TA position.
