The Role

As an Investment Manager, you will be a key contributor to the firm’s renewable energy and energy transition strategy. You will lead transaction workstreams from origination to execution and support ongoing asset management across a growing global portfolio of renewable infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end deal execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation.
2. Support origination by building relationships with developers, bankers, advisors, and industry players.
3. Develop investment theses, conduct market analysis, and prepare internal investment committee materials.
4. Oversee portfolio company performance, supporting strategic initiatives and value creation plans.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, ESG, operations, tax) and external advisors.
6. Contribute to fund strategy and team development.

Candidate Profile

1. 5–8 years of experience in private equity, infrastructure investing, or project finance, ideally with a Tier 1 fund, investment bank, or top-tier advisory firm.
2. Strong track record of executing transactions in renewable energy or broader infrastructure.
3. Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills; commercially minded with strong analytical acumen.
4. Team player with the ability to lead workstreams independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
5. Deep interest in the energy transition and sustainability themes.
6. Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
7. International mindset and flexibility to travel when required.
