The role:
We are looking for an experienced MRP Controller to oversee planning activities and ensure the Manufacturing Planning Schedule (MPS) is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing a team of MRP Controllers, maintaining production schedules, coordinating material flow, and optimising inventory management. You will play a key role in demand assessment, non-conformance management, and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will drive best practices in planning, support supply reviews, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a highly dynamic UK Manufacturing team supporting multi-project customer deliveries.
What we want from you:
- Experienced and driven Team Leader with a strong background in manufacturing planning, control, and supply chain management.
- HNC qualification or equivalent required.
- APICS supply chain certification is desirable but not essential.
- SAP experience is beneficial.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
