About Us

Henig Diamonds is a leader in the fine jewellery and diamond industry, specialising in natural and lab-grown diamonds, certified diamonds, and high-end jewellery. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Stock & Quality Control Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth stock management and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular stock checks for certified natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, jewellery, and uncertified diamonds to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movement, ensuring all items are accounted for in the system.
  • Assist in the remixing of new stock, ensuring proper categorisation and organisation.
  • Support the quality control team in inspecting incoming stock, verifying diamonds and jewellery meet company standards.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damage, or quality concerns.
  • Support with the return process for suppliers, ensuring all returned goods are properly documented and processed efficiently.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies or returns.
  • Assist with inventory documentation and data entry, ensuring all stock movements are logged accurately in the system.
  • Support in organizing and filing stock-related paperwork for tracking and auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain an efficient workflow.

Who You Are

  • Experience in diamonds, particularly small stones, is preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Experience in stock control, inventory management, or quality control (preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or a related industry).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
