Our client is a leading specialist recruitment company, who operate globally within the Energy and Renewables industry. They are rapidly expanding and are looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to help grow their client base and continue delivering exceptional service.

Permanent or Contract recruitment experience in the following sectors is what our client is looking for:

  • Renewables – Wind (Onshore & Offshore), Solar, Energy Storage, Geothermal, Hydropower, New Technologies, Nuclear
  • Climate Tech – Energy Storage, Cement, E-Fuels, E-Mobility, Carbon Removal, Mineral Extraction, Transportation
  • Energy Transition – Techno Commercial, Economic Analysis, Carbon Accounting, Engineering
  • Hydrogen – Green, Blue, CCSU, Electrolysis, Refuelling, Mobility & Fuel Cells

The Role:

  • 360 Recruitment: A full-cycle role covering the acquisition of clients and candidate management.
  • Business Development: Must be confident in identifying and bringing on new leads.
  • Client Relationships: A proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships is essential.
  • Specialist Focus: Experience in Permanent or Contract recruitment within the Energy & Renewables sector is desirable.
  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy a balance of office and remote working for greater flexibility.
