As Commercial Lead, you will be the lead on a project valued up to £175m. You will be working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have a turnover of over £1bn and constantly have interesting projects due to them winning the majority of projects in London. They are dominating the London construction market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks. This is a full time site based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
- Carry out cash flow reporting
- Manage forecasts and ensure all valuations are submitted by the deadline
Key Requirements:
- Experience in leading £50m+ projects at a Main Contractor
- Live within commutable distance to London
- Degree in a construction related subject
- Managed a team of Quantity Surveyors before
