We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Transformation and Change Team and play a key role in shaping the future of Business Analysis within our organisation. This is a high-profile position where you’ll work directly with directors and senior leaders, ensuring our strategic goals translate into actionable business solutions.
You will lead Business Analysis on a variety of exciting projects, you’ll:
- Work with the Head of Transformation and Change to establish the Business Analysis function from scratch, defining frameworks, methodologies and best practice to ensure a structured and strategic approach to business analysis.
- Lead business analysis efforts for complex, high-impact projects.
- Challenge assumptions and drive innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define and document business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Ensure solutions are delivered to the highest quality, aligning with business needs.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Improvement and delivery partners to define, prioritise and drive business requirements ensuring effective delivery of impactful solutions.
- Act as a thought leader, mentoring other team members contributing to best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven ability to operate at a senior level, working directly with Directors and senior leaders.
- A big-picture thinker who can connect business strategy with practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience delivering high-impact change initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – able to influence at all levels.
- A challenger mindset – confident questioning the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience with Agile, Lean and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional knowledge of business process optimisation, digital transformation and operating model design.
- Experience of leading a team of BA’s as this role has the opportunity to expand, depending on business need.
