Core Responsibilities:

  • Embedding protocols and driving all aspects of design management.
  • Undertaking a range of Project and Key Account Management activities ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • NEC Contract administration.
  • Monitoring, driving, and reporting on project performance including action planning/management.
  • Ensuring delivery of any personal business plan objectives.
  • Some aspects of business development including involvement in bids and presentations to clients.
  • Supporting members of the team as required.

About You

You will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, by having a compassionate attitude and always treating others with respect. In order to be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be able to reliably commute to Glasgow and deliver projects in the Scotland wide area on a regular basis.
  • Have eligibility to obtain, or existing possession of SC level Security Clearance is required to fulfil the duties of this role.
  • Have relevant experience as a Project Manager.
  • Have a relevant qualification and/or membership of a professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM).
  • Have excellent contract knowledge.
  • Have excellent client communication skills, report writing skills and presentation skills.

  • To have experience working in a consultancy environment.
  • To be undertaking regular CPD activities.
  • To be Chartered or working towards Chartership.
  • To have experience working on Blue Light projects.
