The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Global Advisory & Leadership, based in the West End, is looking for a new EA/Project Coordinator to come on board. Initially this will be a 12-month FTC but very likely will lead to something more permanent.

Location: West End
Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 WFH

Training: Excellent training and onboarding. Collaborative culture and very social.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To ensure the smooth running of each project assignment from start to finish.
  • Juggling and working on multiple client projects at any one time.
  • Responsible for logistics for each client project.
  • Creation and formatting of high-quality presentations, pitches, reports, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Able to handle and process highly confidential information.
  • High level of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with all relevant information.
  • Adhering to all legal and compliance procedures and best practices.
  • Organising global travel and accommodation.
  • Complex diary management across multiple global time-zones.
  • Opening and closing all projects from start to finish.
  • General support to the team as and when required and supporting each other.
  • Participating in communities and sharing knowledge and best practices.

  • Outgoing, fun, likes being part of a team, and particularly enjoys having a good relationship with their Partner.
  • Someone with a lot of energy and enthusiasm.
