Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. This role involves managing project delivery, client relationships, and financial performance while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, actively developing business opportunities.
- Day-to-day liaison with assigned client representative(s) during the course of an instruction.
- Manage or contribute to initial discussions, preparation of tender documents, delivering pitches/presentations and conducting negotiations.
- Ensure projects, designs, drawings, presentations, reports, etc. are delivered on time and within budget.
- Strengthen C&W integrated portfolio by building links across business groups and global office network and working collaboratively to generate new instructions, pool expertise and provide advice.
Skills & Experience:
- MRICS or equivalent relevant professional qualification to the fit-out project management role.
- Proven track record in commercial fit-out and refurbishment project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- IT skills (AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
