My client is seeking a Knowledge Management pro with a passion for better systems, smarter tools, and stronger decision-making. You'll work across legal, regulatory, and policy teams to build a "best in class" environment, develop strategy, enhance systems (hello SharePoint), and embed a culture of knowledge sharing.

Client Details: Our client is a leading professional regulator based in London, currently undergoing an exciting phase of transformation across their systems and decision-making functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering a modern, forward-thinking Knowledge Management strategy.
  • Creating systems and resources that make guidance, policy, and know-how easy to access and consistently up to date.
  • Embedding knowledge sharing into the culture across teams and improving onboarding, collaboration and decision-making.
  • Supporting the use of SharePoint, document classification and tagging systems to improve content accessibility.
  • Exploring new technologies (including AI) to enhance knowledge platforms and decision-making efficiency.
  • Leading horizon scanning and ensuring up-to-date awareness of legal and regulatory developments.
  • Managing and mentoring the Knowledge Assistant, fostering continuous learning across the organisation.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Policy, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will need to have the following experiences:

  • Experience as a Knowledge Manager (ideally in a legal, regulatory or professional services setting).
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint and other enterprise knowledge/content systems.
  • A natural collaborator with a consultative and proactive approach.
  • A passion for improving systems, processes, and user experience through knowledge sharing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Desirable - Bonus points for legal qualifications or experience as a lawyer, paralegal, or PSL.
