As a Development Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting our internal users across 60 offices, ensuring smooth operation of our custom-built business systems. You'll collaborate daily with experienced developers, product owners, and technical architects to investigate and resolve issues, manage support tickets, and continuously improve user experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-line technical support for over 1,000 users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in bespoke systems built with modern Microsoft technologies.
- Identify and escalate urgent issues to management.
- Log and manage bugs using Jira.
- Fix data issues directly in our SQL Server database.
- Gain exposure to a wide range of business-critical platforms (CRM, Mobile, HR, IT, Fleet, and more).
- Communicate effectively with users via phone, video, chat, and email.
- Work with a development team releasing new updates every two weeks.
- Receive mentorship with potential progression into a developer role.
