Company Description

Assystem is an international company with a mission to accelerate the energy transition worldwide.

Our focus is on finding solutions to climate change through low-carbon energy sources. Our 7,500 employees combine engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.

We operate in 12 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, including nuclear and renewable energies. We also modernize energy grids, develop transmission and distribution networks, and use hydrogen to decarbonize transport and industry sectors.

In the UK, the government aims for carbon neutrality by 2050, investing heavily in nuclear and renewable energies. Assystem supports this transition as a provider of project management, design, and supervision services within the nuclear industry and transport sectors.

In 2021, Assystem acquired Schofield Lothian, reinforcing its commitment to the UK’s energy transition. This acquisition enhances our consultancy services in transport and infrastructure sectors, focusing on sustainable performance in areas such as Consents & Engagement, Commercial Management, Project Management, and Environmental Services.
