We are looking for a SAP PMO who has end-to-end experience and can provide local support in the individual countries for a large scale Brownfield S/4HANA Program.
Project context: Support in the Project Management Office (PMO) is sought as part of a large-scale transformation project. The project has already started and is in the active implementation phase. The aim is to strengthen project management on site and ensure operational support in close cooperation with the responsible teams and external service providers.
Location: France (1 of 6 sites across FR) OR Germany (Augsburg/Stuttgart)
Start: ASAP (project already started, entry possible at short notice)
Utilization: 80% -100% (exact coordination at project start)
Responsibilities:
- Operational support of the local project management in the context of an international rollout
- Coordination, tracking and documentation of project-related activities and deliverables
- Close coordination with local contacts and involvement in international steering teams
- Proactive information procurement and tracking of missing content with external service providers (ASP)
- Support in meeting project milestones, timelines and quality standards
- Creation and maintenance of project-related documents (status reports, schedules, decision templates, etc.)
Requirements / Skills:
- Several years of experience in PMO roles, ideally in international transformation or IT projects
- Experience with end-to-end implementations (e.g. ERP rollouts, preferably SAP - but no SAP consulting required)
- Very good communication and assertiveness skills, especially when dealing with different stakeholders
- Independent and structured way of working (“hands-on” mentality is explicitly desired)
- Knowledge of classic project management methods (waterfall - no focus on agile methods)
- Business fluent in German/French and good knowledge of English
