To meet the many challenges of dementia, at Alzheimer's Society, we are constantly evolving how we deliver support. Our new Practice Implementation Specialist will play a vital role in making this ambition a reality. Working across our Practice and Compliance team within the Dementia Support and Partnerships directorate, you will ensure our dementia practitioners are fully supported in adopting new service models. You'll achieve this through the development of tailored learning resources, quality tools, and insightful measures that support best practices.

In this role, you will:
- Proactively network and horizon-scan to stay informed on developments in dementia practice.
- Think strategically about how new models of support impact practitioner learning, development, and delivery.
- Lead on cross-organisational projects and key initiatives that cut across teams.
- Analyse data, draft clear reports, and prepare robust business cases to support improvements.
- Provide support and deputise for the Head of Knowledge & Learning and Head of Quality & Insight when required.
This is a senior-level role that calls for a confident self-starter and someone who can work independently to a clear brief, think strategically, and build strong relationships across teams and functions.
You will:
- Bring experience from a health or social care setting, ideally supporting vulnerable adults.
- Have a strong understanding of practice models and how these are applied to deliver high-quality support.
- Be skilled at leading and coordinating cross-organisational projects involving a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage others effectively.
